• Right to Return: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer you the right to return any product you purchase from us within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that have been customised, altered, or used will not be eligible for a return unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

• Process for Returns: If you wish to return a product, please contact us at Admin@interiordesignwithdidi.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
