The Eastleigh Project

Project Eastleigh was a stunning five-bedroom new build where our client wanted to preserve the clean, bright feel of the original white walls while adding personality, warmth, and style through carefully chosen details.

Our design approach focused on maintaining the minimalist foundation but enriching it with layered textures, elegant furnishings, and subtle pops of colour. Each living space was given its own character: one with a bespoke TV media wall as a striking feature, and the other with a simpler, understated TV wall design for balance.

To soften the crisp white palette typical of new builds, we introduced warm wood tones throughout, creating richness and natural depth. Accents of colour were carefully considered, bringing vibrancy without overwhelming the clean aesthetic.
